Patrick has >5 years experience in academia applying multiple sequencing-based methods to study genome stability. He helped develop the INDUCE-seq™ method and bioinformatics pipeline, and set up Broken String’s cloud infrastructure. He holds an MSc. in functional genomics (with honors) and PhD in molecular genetics, both from Leiden University, the Netherlands.
